The idea is simple: Everybody gets together and rides bicycles around the streets of St. Louis wearing as many or as few clothes as they wish. Some do go the full monty, but most do not. Grammy Award-winning singer Elle Varner rose to fame after releasing her debut album, “Perfectly Imperfect,†in 2012. Her jazzy acoustic vocals have made her a favorite among American music listeners, and she shone as a leader in the new school of R&B in the early 2010s. Although there were a few years when Varner was absent from the mainstream scene, the Brooklyn singer never fell off, co-writing songs for artists like Miguel while she wasn’t releasing her own original music.
