·¡²Ô±ð°ù²µ¾±³ú±ð°ùÌýChief Executive Alan Hoskins got a bigger stock award but a smaller bonus in fiscal 2018, leaving his total pay flat at $6.7 million.
Hoskins' salary was $994,167 after a 3.6 percent raise. His bonus of $1.5 million was above the target amount but smaller than the $1.65 million he received in 2017. He also got a $4 million stock award, of which 70 percent depends on Energizer hitting performance goals.
According to Energizer's , Hoskins' only perquisite was $6,000 worth of financial advisory services.

Energizer's earnings per share, before unusual items, fell 33 percent in fiscal 2018, which ended Sept. 30, but its share price rose 27 percent.
Energizer also disclosed that Hoskins earned 198 times as much as its median employee. Median pay for 4,051 employees was $33,962, the proxy statement said.
Last year, similar pay ratios varied from 16 to 379 at other St. Louis companies.
