You might remember Tom Green from his 1990’s MTV series “The Tom Green Show†and the millennial cult classic “Freddy Got Fingered.†Or you might’ve caught him on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine in 2000 holding a crying baby. The Science Center dives into the timely topic of electric vehicles this weekend with several brands on display. If you have a driver’s license, you can even test drive them, including a Ford Mustang, a Chevy Equinox and Blazer, four BMWs and a couple of Tesla models. Back in April 2022, a young woman from Memphis took the rap game by storm when her song “F.N.F (Let’s Go)†took over the airwaves. Today, hip-hop listeners know her as GloRilla, a slick-talking lyrical slugger whose anthemic tracks have become pop culture staples for Gen-Z listeners. Earlier this year, GloRilla snagged two Grammy Award nominations in rap categories. She’s collaborated with artists like Cardi B, Sexyy Red and Megan Thee Stallion, generated over 550 million streams and even sampled the St. Louis rap group DaBanggaz on her hit song “Yeah Glo!†Expect to hear songs like “TGIF†and “Tomorrow 2†with opening performances from Real Boston Richey and Queen Key.
