ST. LOUIS — Greater St. Louis Inc. has appointed a former tech leader and political advisor to a senior leadership role.Â
The regional business lobby said it hired Jeff Mazur as senior vice president and chief strategy officer. Mazur most recently served as director of government and industry partnerships for the Taylor Geospatial Institute. He also served as the executive director of LaunchCode and worked in former Gov. Jay Nixon's administration.Â
Greater St. Louis Inc. also appointed Allison Roberts as its new senior vice president for administration. Roberts spent years at telecommunications giant AT&T.Â
“Jeff and Allison bring a diverse and extensive amount of experience to our organization and will help guide GSL into the future and advance our work to drive growth in the St. Louis region,†Interim CEO Dustin Allison said in a statement.Â

The organization also is seeking a new CEO after its inaugural leader, Jason Hall, resigned for a similar position in Ohio.
