Many employees say that they appreciate the family environment at Fusz. For example, one employee was first drawn to the company by her experience as a customer at Fusz’s Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM location in O’Fallon. She was treated respectfully by the staff in the service and sales department. When her position was cut, she applied to Fusz and found a starting position to get her foot in the door. She has had several opportunities in the last several years and developed relationships with her coworkers, which is why she has stayed. Often times, when employees retire, they don't really "retire," they transition into a part time position because they have enjoyed working for Fusz.
Fusz continues to support employee philanthropy efforts. Recently, the employees raised $12,000 for Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis with many volunteer hours and hard work to accomplish their goal.Â
